Bonds-Lugar Scholarship Fund Award - Application Information

The Bonds-Lugar Scholarship, named in honor of its founding members, Regina Bonds, and Joy Lugar, is available to any VASA professional member who has been a VASA member for two (2) consecutive years. The scholarship is up to $200 per person per year, but not to exceed 50% of total cost. If you are taking college courses, workshops, or seminars, you could receive monetary assistance through this scholarship. To apply, submit your name and address, the name of the class/course/seminar you took, receipt, and a copy of your final grade within 60 days of class/course/seminar ending, to:
